1. Does the package come with a charger and a hand control, or do I need to buy them separately?
Both are included—no extra purchase necessary. If your order arrives missing either item, we’ll send replacements immediately.

2. My hand control doesn’t light up while charging. Is it defective?
No. The charger’s light turns red during charging and green when fully charged. The hand control’s light remains off while charging but will display battery levels when you press “UP” or “DOWN.”

3. If I mainly use this chair lift for emergencies, how often should I charge it?
Even if rarely used, charge it fully at least once a month to keep it ready. Regular charging prevents battery depletion so it’s always prepared when needed.

4. Is it safe to use this chair lift in the bathtub, and can it be submerged?
Yes—it’s waterproof for safe use in water as long as the hand control is properly connected. It can be submerged during bathing but should not remain underwater for extended periods after use.
