  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • In cases of high demand, processing may take longer. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you via email.

  • To ensure a smooth shipping process, we may contact you if additional verification is required for your order (such as incorrect address, email or phone number details).
  • If we do not receive a response within the specified timeframe, your order may be delayed or canceled.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We offer several shipping options depending on your location and preferences. Estimated delivery times start after your order has been processed.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics delays.
  • Certain remote locations may require additional transit time.
  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact support@souvange.com, and we will assist you in tracking your order.
  • Orders May Ship Separately: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately for two main reasons:
    1. Some items may be ready for dispatch sooner, so we ship them immediately rather than delaying your entire order.
    2. Your items may come from different warehouses, depending on stock availability and the closest fulfillment center to your location.
      Rest assured, this will not incur any additional shipping charges. If your order is split, you will receive multiple tracking numbers to keep you updated on each shipment’s progress.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • It may take 1-4 business days for tracking updates to appear in the system.
  • If you do not receive a tracking email within 7 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses (unless specified otherwise).
  • Certain restricted regions or countries due to international regulations.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

5.1 Lost Packages

  • If your order has not arrived within 45 business days (Free/Standard/Premium Shipping) or 60 business days (Eco Shipping), please contact us at support@souvange.com for assistance.
  • We will investigate the issue and, if deemed lost, provide a replacement or refund.

5.2 Customs Delays

  • International orders may experience customs delays that are beyond our control. If your package is held at customs, you may be responsible for providing additional information or paying import duties.

5.3 Wrong Shipping Address

  • If you enter an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is lost or undeliverable, we cannot be held responsible for lost shipments.
  • If you realize your address is incorrect, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order for possible modifications.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your purchase price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
  • We have no control over customs policies, and fees vary by country. If you have concerns, please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
  • If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, a refund may not be issued.

7. Damaged or Missing Items Upon Arrival

7.1 Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and item(s) and email them to support@souvange.com within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Our team will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

7.2 Missing Items

  • If an order arrives incomplete (missing an item), please check the tracking details, as some items may be shipped separately.
  • If an item is missing from your package and was not shipped separately, contact us for assistance.
